Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, a lovely bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my way, which I appreciate. I'll be back for Christmas!

stayed for 3 nights, the hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean, it had great and lovely location far away from everything else. we loved large and well renovated room with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television.
They served poor breakfast, it can definitely be improved.

Beautiful hotel. Some compact rooms, but equipped with every comfort. Top beds! Good breakfast. At very short walking distance from the center and Nyhaven. And yet very quiet.
Nothing.

central location, comfortable bed, friendly staff
Cleaning of the bathroom was not good, one of my colleagues had a room where somebody smoked before he moved in! It took some time to get a new room.

Showering in a bath without a non-slip grip and without being able to hold on to anything. So very slippery and getting out with danger for your own life.

The breakfast was very good and the location was a great plus. It is a hotel with character and very clean. Friendly staff.
We had a small room with a lowered ceiling which gives an oppressive impression. We had the impression that we had gotten a bit the least good rooms from the hotel. Sanitary facilities in the bathroom and room itself need a facelift. It looks a bit like past glory. Luckily everything was very clean.

Location
The hotel building, has during years sunk in to the ground and is leaning many degrees. The double bed head side was much lover than the foot side. I'll recommend you to sleep the opposite way. The WiFy did not work in the room, even after complains to reception. The system looks very old fashion and the user name and password is as long as the history of the hotel.
