nice stay but some minor improvements needed
The suite was beautifully designed with ample space for relaxation. The entire staff made our experience memorable with their exceptional service. Breakfast offered a delicious variety, but I would have appreciated more local options.
The breakfast selection could be expanded to include more local cuisine.

We had a wonderful time exploring the city, especially after starting our day with a workout in the modern fitness center. The location was perfect for our family, just a short stroll from Nyhavn and various attractions, making it easy to enjoy Copenhagen's vibrant atmosphere.
My kids wished there were more activities specifically for teenagers.

Great location and friendly service!
I had a wonderful stay with a comfortable bed and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The breakfast offered a great variety with delicious options. The location is ideal, just a short walk to many attractions. However, the noise from the corridor was somewhat disruptive at times.

The stay was a delight! The comfy beds made for sweet dreams, and waking up to a lovely breakfast was a treat. The location is a total game changer, just a stroll away from Nyhavn! Gotta mention the fantastic staff—they were super helpful and welcoming.
One hiccup was the shower setup—water went everywhere. It was a bit slippery and tricky for the older folks. Plus, the breakfast coffee was a letdown, could use a serious upgrade.

Great location and clean room, but breakfast was overpriced for what you get.

Started the day with a workout in the modern fitness center, then hit up Amalienborg Palace and Nyhavn. The location is unbeatable—so close to everything. Even though the breakfast could improve a bit, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff really made our stay enjoyable.
One downside was the coffee from the breakfast machine. it was pretty disappointing. For a hotel in this range, I expected better.

Excellent service from the staff ensured a comfortable stay, with particularly memorable touches like refreshing cucumber and lemon water at reception. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the city center while remaining quiet. However, the rooms are on the smaller side, and I encountered some issues with elevator usage at busy times. Breakfast offered some nice dairy-free options, but I would have preferred a wider variety of traditional homemade products.
